Koelsch Communities in Washington is seeking a skilled CNA for their Resident Services Department at Canterbury Inn. This full-time role offers $20–$21 per hour, dependent on experience, with multiple shifts available.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, maintain safety and dignity, and support a compassionate, resident-centered care environment. New grads welcome to apply and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current CNA in Washington State.
• Ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification.
• Must be drug-free and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and obtain assistance as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe resident rights at all times.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
