Qualifications

Must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois CNA certificate or completion from an Illinois-approved CNA training program.
Prior CNA experience is preferred but training will be considered for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the clinical team.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices.
Support education and reassurance for residents and families as needed.
