Job summary

Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role focuses on maintaining residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being through thorough ADL support and compassionate daily care.

The position requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must complete CNA training and hold PA CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ambulate or assist in ambulation of residents.
• Transfer residents bed to chair and other positions.
• Lift residents as needed; use mechanical lift when available.
• Bathe, dress and assist with personal hygiene.
• Record vital signs and daily measurements as instructed.
• Observe infection control procedures and maintain resident safety.
