Job summary

Forest-City-Nursing-and-Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily resident care in a supportive facility environment. The role requires current CNA certification, BLS, and adherence to vaccination policies while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include vitals, ROM, dressing and grooming, and delivering compassionate, customer-focused care to residents throughout shifts. This is a hands-on role in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate is required and must be current.
• BLS certification is required.
• Able to stand for hours at a time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required before hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform daily resident care.
• Accurately obtain vitals and weights.
• Perform restorative programs (ROM, Dressing, Grooming, etc.).
• Able to perform standard CNA care as learned in CNA classes.
