Job summary

Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Pennsylvania is seeking seasoned and newly graduated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care in a supportive environment. You will assist with ADL tasks, document vital signs, and help with restorative nursing while maintaining safety and infection control.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, CNA course graduate, PA CNA Certification, and prior skilled nursing facility experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA course.
• Valid PA CNA Certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Good communication and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADL services: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals.
• Document vital signs, weight, meal intake and bowel/bladder.
• Assist with Restorative Nursing duties.
• Answer call lights promptly and observe safety policies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents per policy.
• Observe infection control procedures and privacy rules.
• Drive the facility vehicle to doctor appointments.
• Support residents and mentor new CNAs.
• Attend in-service programs and shift handoffs.
