Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our caregiving team, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and supporting nursing staff.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, meals, monitor health, document care, and participate in ongoing training. Competitive salary plus a $2000 bonus and same-day pay are offered, with a collaborative, supportive work environment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a state-certified CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, as needed.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, and report changes in resident condition.
• Demonstrate a commitment to residents' dignity, respect, and independence.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
