Meadow View Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Montrose, PA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA Course.
• Valid PA CNA Certification.
• Demonstrated experience within a skilled nursing facility.

Responsabilités

• Ambulate or assist in ambulation of the residents.
• Transfer, or assist in transfer of residents from bed to chair, chair to toilet, etc.
• Lift residents as required; use mechanical lift when required.
• Bathe, dress, toilet residents requiring assistance.
• Assist with or perform personal hygiene task.
• Change bed linens, towels as per schedule.
• Turn and position residents unable to turn.
• Observe infection control procedures and safety policies.
