Job summary

LiveWell is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team in Lancaster. This full-time, part-time, or PRN role offers flexible shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and daily pay after shifts, with opportunity for overtime and tuition reimbursement.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document care while delivering respectful, resident-centered support in a supportive team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanor
Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
Reliable, dependable, and a strong team player

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Document care and observations accurately and timely
Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care
Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
