Royal Crown Homes LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our respite home in Lakeville and residential Assisted Living homes in Burnsville, MN. This part-time/on-call float position offers a warm, home-like environment focused on dignity and personalized care.

You will provide direct personal care, assist with transfers, monitor residents, and support nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Experience in residential care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care, safety protocols, and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Manage colostomy bags and G-Tube feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics.
