Regent at Burnsville is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to join our team. In this part-time role you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, supporting ADLs, medication administration, and safety.

You will work with CNAs and nurses, follow care plans, document care, and contribute to a warm, collaborative environment at our 150-bed campus in Burnsville, MN. Weekend rotation and benefits eligibility apply.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in an Assisted Living setting.
• 1 year of caregiving/med passing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Aufgaben

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes to RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Complete light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
