Qualifikationen

• 2 years of caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screening.
• 18 years of age or older.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence).
• Provide mobility support and transfers.
• Use assistive devices (gait belt, walker, wheelchair, Hoyer lift).
• Assist in fall prevention and general safety.
• Reposition bedbound clients to prevent discomfort.
• Offer companionship and daily living assistance.
• Follow care plans and ensure client safety.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Engage clients in hobbies and activities.
• Monitor changes in mood or behavior.
• Provide conversation and social interaction.
• Provide reminders to take medications as scheduled.

Kenntnisse
