Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background screening required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care).
• Provide mobility support and transfers.
• Use assistive devices (gait belt, walker, wheelchair, Hoyer lift).
• Assist in fall prevention and general safety awareness.
• Help reposition bedbound clients to prevent discomfort.
• Offer companionship and daily living assistance.
• Follow care plans and ensure client safety.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in hobbies, games, or activities.
• Monitor for changes in mood or behavior.
• Provide conversation and social interaction.
• Provide reminders to take medications as scheduled.
