Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care provides compassionate in-home care across the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, including Schaumburg, Park Ridge, and surrounding areas. You will deliver personalized home-care services tailored to each client’s plan, focusing on safety, independence, and comfort in daily living.

We value caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and capable of working independently in clients’ homes, with ongoing coaching and 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with walking, mobility and daily routines.
• Keep clients active and engaged.
• Follow the established care plan and report changes to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
