Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to provide meaningful, dependable support to seniors and individuals in their homes throughout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

We value compassion, reliability, and trust—our team works with clients to maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life. Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or similar experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and help with light household chores.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily routines.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Follow the client's care plan and scheduled routines.
• Document services provided and communicate important changes or concerns with the office.
