Job summary

Allure of Zion is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive living facility in Zion, Illinois. You will provide routine daily care to residents, including assisting with ADLs, vital signs, and safe transfers.

As part of a compassionate team, you will monitor residents for changes in condition, document findings, and report any concerns to supervising staff. Opportunities include growth and a family-like culture within a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Illinois) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans.
• Measure and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and report changes.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and transporting residents.
• Provide care to residents with mental health conditions, psychosocial needs, or history of trauma.
• Observe and report skin changes, pressure areas, or breakdowns.
• Collect specimens as instructed.
