Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR certification required.
• English reading, writing, speaking required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
