Allure of Zion is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Zion, IL. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities across day, evening, and night shifts to support residents with daily needs and comfort.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, personal care, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, while delivering dignified care in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

At Allure of Zion, we are all family! As a premier skilled nursing and healthcare center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift (AM): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift (PM): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment
