Job summary

Allure of Zion is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing and healthcare center. We offer Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to support residents’ needs and a collaborative care team.

• Current Illinois CNA certification is required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant).
• Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

At Allure of Zion, we are all family! As a premier skilled nursing and healthcare center, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift (AM): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift (PM): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nourishment

• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene

• Support ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
