Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care and assist with daily living activities. The CNA should be compassionate, with strong people skills and a willingness to help others across shifts.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal services, housekeeping, and supporting the nursing team to ensure residents’ highest well-being.Weekend and holiday rotations may be required in this long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant required.
• CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social-recreational activities.
• Support nursing staff and collaborate with residents and families to promote well-being.
