Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care per service plan.
• Assist bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Assist mobility, transfers, and ambulation with safety.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate assistance.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality and infection control.
