Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Lamont is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to residents and support the nursing staff in daily operations.

You will coordinate with the care team, follow individualized care plans, document care in PCC, and promote residents' dignity and safety on a 6am-6pm shift schedule. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a friendly, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• Able to verbally communicate with residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Maintains residents' comfort, privacy and dignity while delivering services.
• Documents care provided in PCC and reports observations to the Charge Nurse.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility as assigned.
• Ensures safety and infection control procedures are followed.
