Job summary

IntersectHC is hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift. You will provide quality nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support the department to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, reporting changes, and maintaining resident dignity and safety. Prior CNA certification and one year of long-term care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and performs basic math to document resident care.
• Communicates clearly with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Must maintain HIPAA and patient privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents while respecting rights and dignity.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility as outlined in care plans.
• Document care provided in PCC and report changes to charge nurse.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
