Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and mobility.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document intake, weight, and changes in residents’ condition as directed.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures; report noncompliance or safety concerns.
