Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in the state of Washington.
• Previous long-term care, assisted living, or adult family home experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and patient-centered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, BP, pulse and respiration.
• Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Observe and report changes in health status to nursing staff or provider.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
