Responsibilities

• Aid residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in health status to nursing staff or healthcare providers.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Assist with light housekeeping to keep the environment clean and safe.

Position Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to residents. The CNA is responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, providing comfort, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Mobility Assistance: Aid residents in mobility and transferring, ensuring safety and comfort during movement.
