Job summary

ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care in an Evanston, IL setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, feeding, hygiene, mobility, and comfort while maintaining privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Help with ambulation, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; document intake and output.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests; report observations to nursing supervisor.
• Document actions in forms, logs, and records.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality; comply with HIPAA.
