Job summary

Highlandpines in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per individual care plans and under supervision.

This position offers a pay range of $15.00-$16.27 per hour DOE plus a $5 differential on all shifts.

Duties include assisting residents with meals and personal care, documenting observations, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining confidentiality, and helping move or transfer residents as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and ensure accurate administration of care.
• Record entries clearly and accurately on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information, including protected health information.
• Encourage and assist with daily living activities as directed.
• Follow procedures for safety, infection control, and incident reporting.
