Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents and administer treatments or assistance as needed.
• Record entries clearly and timely in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
