Job summary

Holy Cross Medical Center in Taos, New Mexico, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. Qualifications

• One year CNA experience in a healthcare setting, preferably hospital.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to use standard medical equipment (BP cuff, thermometer, stethoscope).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient with EHR systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments with compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Adherence to Holy Cross Medical Center patient-safety, infection-control and HIPAA policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse individuals.
• Record of satisfactory performance evidenced by positive references.
• BLS certification.
