Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley in Utah is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting our patient-centered mission. You will assist with basic nursing tasks, document care, respond to patient needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a warm, respectful environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, graduation from a Nursing Assistant program, and current state CNA

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program.
• Current state CNA license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality patient care including comfort, hygiene, safety, transport, and nutrition/elimination needs.
• Promptly answer call lights and report patient status changes to the RN.
• Accurately document vital signs, inputs/outputs, nutrition, hygiene, weights, and other care; maintain charts.
