Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with daily living activities including ROM, ambulation, positioning, skin care, feeding and hygiene.
• Collects patient data: urine/stool/sputum samples, records vitals and I&O, reports changes to licensed staff.
• Performs procedures like incentive spirometry, oxygen setup, post-mortem care, admissions and discharges.
• Transports patients, prepares rooms, cleans equipment and assists in emergencies.
• Maintains records, performs data entry, and coordinates equipment/supply needs.
