Job summary

RI Council 94 is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Beazley Building in Cranston, RI. This full-time role supports nursing staff by providing direct patient care and maintaining safety and documentation per care plans.

Ideal candidates are registered as Nursing Assistants with the Rhode Island Department of Health, can read/write English, and are available for 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shifts with every other weekend and holidays. Pre-employment immunizations are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Familiarity with routine hospital or clinical patient care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision of patients.
• Assist with basic treatments and personal care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient environment.
• Record temperature, pulse and intake/output and report anomalies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on treatment plans.
