Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Perform routine nursing tasks and document in the EMR.
• Label and secure patient belongings and keep rooms safe.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Take or assist with EKGs as ordered.
• Apply telemetry under nurse direction.
• Ensure shift reports are completed at the bedside.
• Perform hourly rounding and maintain cleanliness of area.
