Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to supervisor.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (oral care, bathing, grooming).
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Document care and services as provided.
• Provide post‑mortem care as required.
