Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in following facility policies and procedures.
• Complete assignments and documentation timely, completely, and accurately.
• Conduct resident rounds as assigned.
• Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to facility procedures.
• Review care plans and perform nursing care as outlined.
• Document care and resident response in nursing notes.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor.
• Follow admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
