Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the unit-based patient care team. Under the direction of the RN/LPN, you will perform direct and indirect patient care tasks, including activities of daily living, vital signs, glucometry, ECGs, weights, and intake/output data collection.

You will also transport patients, restock and obtain supplies, respond promptly to patient and family needs, and help maintain unit efficiency while following Joint

Qualifications

• High school graduate and CNA certification required.
• BLS certification required; strong English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct patient care including ADLs, vital signs, glucometry, EKGs, weights and I&O data.
• Transport patients and restock/obtain patient care supplies.
• Respond promptly to patient and family needs and support unit operations.
• Follow hospital policies and guidelines under RN/LPN direction and Joint Commission standards.
