Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Comply with Facility and nursing department policies.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation or property misappropriation to the supervisor.
• Treat residents and staff with dignity and respect; maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist in admission and discharge of residents and in daily care activities (bathing, grooming, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, monitor vitals, and document changes in resident condition.
