White Oaks Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 7-3 shift to join our team. You will provide high-quality care to residents with complex medical needs under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA certified professional.
• Experience caring for residents with complex medical needs.
• Able to assist with ADLs and daily routines.
• Willing to work the 7-3 shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and disinfecting patient care areas
• Participate in interprofessional care planning and collaboration to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Assist with wound care, Foley catheter care, and other medical procedures as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
