Job summary

University Hospitals’ UH Geneva Medical Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Day Shift (6a-6p). You will assist with resident care, ADLs, and equipment setup under RN supervision, while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident care, admission/discharge, and equipment setup.
• Perform utility duties related to patient care and support daily operations.
• Assist Patients with ADLs as delegated by the RN (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting).
• Help patients ambulate, turn, and position as delegated by the RN.
• Stock and inventory resident care supplies; monitor safety alarms.
