Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Records vital signs and communicates changes to RN.
• Assists with transfers, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Performs housekeeping and dining support to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Documents interactions and participates in infection prevention policies.
