Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). You will provide basic nursing care under licensed nurse supervision and contribute to resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, bathing, grooming, hygiene, turning and positioning, and reporting changes. Missouri CNA license and CPR/BLS required; strong communication and empathy essential.

Qualifications

Excellent communication with residents, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Basic reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

Participate in and receive thorough nursing reports upon reporting for duty.
Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
Explain procedures to residents before administering care, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
Keep residents dry by changing gowns, clothing, and linens as needed.
Change bed linens and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Make occupied and unoccupied beds to ensure a comfortable living space.
