• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, hydration, and nourishment.
• Assist with personal hygiene and bathroom needs.
• Assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Ensure resident comfort; respond to call lights and requests; report observations.
• Document actions in forms, logs, and records.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality; comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow professional standards and applicable regulations.
• Update knowledge through education and licensure maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
