Job summary

Goldwater Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care in our facility in Roseville, IL. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health status, and document care activities to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The role requires current CNA certification, CPR, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts. Training and adherence to state regulations are essential to deliver high-quality care daily.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required under state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Monitor and record vital signs and weights, and track intake/output.
• Document actions in forms, reports, and logs.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain licensure.
