Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance in personal hygiene and mobility (bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaves).
• Maintain resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; record intake and output.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local requirements (including JCAHO where applicable).
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining licensure.
