Job summary
Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center in Enid, OK is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We offer Day, Night and PRN 12-hour shifts with improved compensation for a facility specializing in long-term and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications
- State certification as a nursing assistant
- Familiar with CNA duties
- Strong observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents safely and comfortably
- Support independence for residents
- Communicate resident status to supervising nurse
- Contribute to care plans with observed needs
- Assist in implementing care plans per policy
- Observe and document resident conditions accurately
- Ensure safe lifting and transfers per procedures
- Maintain clean and hazard-free environment
- Perform incidental housekeeping tasks as needed
- Take on other duties as assigned
