Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Richmond, VA, is hiring CNAs. We offer full-time and part-time roles with daily pay and a supportive team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and meaningful resident care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes, report to licensed staff, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment that enhances quality of life.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
