Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team in Gretna, Nebraska. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and collaborate with the nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in NE is required.
Compassionate, person-centered care experience preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document residents' vital signs and condition.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Assist with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
Provide medication reminders as directed.
Promote a positive, supportive atmosphere for residents and families.
