Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will support residents with activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with licensed staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well‑being.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
