Job summary

Wyndridge Health & Rehabilitation in Crossville, TN is hiring compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care and skilled nursing team. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility and positioning; maintain safety and infection control.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Ensure residents' comfort and dignity and respond to call lights promptly.
