Qualifications

• Active state RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
• Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication and passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per standards and orders.
• Plan and monitor resident interventions.
• Evaluate care and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate families and residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Transcribe orders and chart accurately.
• Report changes to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehab with therapists to meet needs.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed.
